Life feels like a merry-go-round that plays the tune of work, obligations and communications over and over from day to day and week to week until the weeks turn into months and the months into years. Who has time to stop the merry-go-round long enough to remember those childhood fantasies that felt so doable yesterday? Tomorrow is calling and performance evaluations loom and the carpool is waiting and the mortgage is due.
Better keep riding the merry-go-round. It’s familiar and sort of safe. And everybody else seems to be going the same way. And now the boss is texting. Better shut down those squeaky ideas that once seemed so possible. Focus ahead. Get those blinders back on. Maybe later there will be time enough to dream.
Or maybe not.
Maybe the merry-go-round horse just keeps its predictable pace year after year in spite of the dreams of its riders. Mechanical horses don’t sense beating hearts. They can’t detect the slight ache that says it’s time to make a change. Still the heartbeat beckons. The barely audible call persists. Shhhhhhh…., listen.

Sessions offer participants the space and time away from daily routine to
reflect on their life’s purpose and to move toward alignment with their
unique heartfelt mission. Facilitator utilizes guided imagery, journal writing,
group discussion and serene setting to beckon participants’
